1مقدمةIntroduction

تحترم شركة إبتكار الأنظمة المخصصة لتقنية نظم المعلومات (شركة شخص واحد) خصوصية مستخدميها وتلتزم بحمايتها. تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع منتجات الشركة الرقمية الحالية واللاحقة. باستخدامك أي منتج، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.

Ibtekar Custom Systems for Information Technology (a Single Person Company) respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy applies to all of the Company's current and future digital products. By using any product, you agree to the practices described here.

2البيانات التي نجمعهاData We Collect

بيانات تقدّمها أنت

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم عند التسجيل (اختياري في بعض المنتجات).
• بيانات التواصل: عند مراسلتنا للدعم أو الاستفسار.

بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً

• بصمة الجهاز: معرّف تقني مشفّر (مبني على مكوّنات الجهاز) لربط الترخيص بالجهاز ومنع الاستخدام غير المصرّح به.
• بيانات الاستخدام التقنية: إصدار المنتج، نظام التشغيل، وسجلات الأعطال — لأغراض الدعم والتحسين.

بيانات لا نجمعها

لا نطّلع على محتوى لقطاتك أو تسجيلاتك أو ملفاتك — فهي تبقى محلية على جهازك ما لم تختر مشاركتها بنفسك. ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقات الدفع، إذ تُعالَج بالكامل لدى مزوّد الدفع.

Data you provide

• Account data: email and name upon registration (optional in some products).
• Contact data: when you message us for support or inquiries.

Data collected automatically

• Device fingerprint: an encrypted technical identifier (based on device components) to bind the license to the device and prevent unauthorized use.
• Technical usage data: product version, operating system, and crash logs — for support and improvement.

Data we do not collect

We do not access the content of your screenshots, recordings, or files — they stay local on your device unless you choose to share them. We also do not store payment card data, as it is processed entirely by the payment provider.

4الأساس القانوني للمعالجةLegal Basis for Processing

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على: تنفيذ العقد المبرم معك (تقديم المنتج)، أو موافقتك الصريحة، أو مصلحتنا المشروعة في تحسين الخدمة وحمايتها من الاستخدام غير المصرّح به، أو الامتثال لالتزام قانوني.

We process your data based on: performance of the contract with you (providing the product), your explicit consent, our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the service from unauthorized use, or compliance with a legal obligation.

5مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثةSharing Data with Third Parties

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة:

• Paddle: لمعالجة المدفوعات وإصدار الفواتير، وفق سياسة خصوصيته.
• Supabase: لتخزين بيانات الترخيص بشكل آمن على خوادم مشفّرة.
• الجهات الحكومية: عند وجود التزام قانوني يقتضي ذلك.

نقل البيانات خارج المملكة: تُخزَّن بيانات الترخيص لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase على خوادم تقع في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا)، وتُعالَج مدفوعاتك لدى Paddle (يُعالِج بياناته في عدة دول). يخضع هذا النقل لضمانات تعاقدية كافية ومستوى حماية بيانات معترف به دولياً (يتوافق مع اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات الأوروبية GDPR)، تماشياً مع متطلبات نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) ولوائحه التنفيذية الصادرة عن سدايا بشأن نقل البيانات خارج المملكة.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with trusted service providers to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Paddle: to process payments and issue invoices, under its privacy policy.
• Supabase: to securely store license data on encrypted servers.
• Government authorities: where a legal obligation requires it.

International data transfer: license data is stored with our service provider Supabase on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), and your payments are processed by Paddle (which processes data in multiple countries). This transfer is subject to adequate contractual safeguards and an internationally recognized data-protection standard (compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), in line with the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and SDAIA's implementing regulations on cross-border data transfer.

6أمان البياناتData Security

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية بياناتك، تشمل تشفير الاتصالات عبر SSL/TLS، وتشفير بصمة الجهاز بخوارزمية SHA-256، وعدم تخزين كلمات المرور بصيغة قابلة للقراءة. ورغم حرصنا، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نقل بيانات عبر الإنترنت.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption of communications, hashing the device fingerprint with SHA-256, and never storing passwords in readable form. Despite our care, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

7مدة الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData Retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك أو ترخيصك نشطاً، أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت، وسنُنفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً.

We retain your data as long as your account or license is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will fulfill the request within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days.

• الحق في تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
• الحق في طلب حذف بياناتك.
• الحق في الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك أو تقييدها.

Our desktop applications do not use cookies. Our website uses only essential cookies to ensure the site functions and to improve browsing experience; they are not used for advertising tracking.

10خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy

منتجاتنا غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون موافقة وليّ أمره، سنحذفها فوراً.

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have collected a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

11التحديثات على هذه السياسةUpdates to This Policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في ممارساتنا أو المتطلبات القانونية. سنُشعرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو داخل المنتج، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by email or within the product, and the last-updated date will appear at the top of the page.
