سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاءRefund & Cancellation Policy

1مبدأ عامGeneral Principle

نسعى لرضا عملائنا التام. ولأن منتجاتنا رقمية وتُسلَّم فوراً، تحكم عمليات الاسترداد الشروط الموضّحة أدناه. تختلف بعض التفاصيل حسب نوع الترخيص (اشتراك دوري أو ترخيص دائم).

We strive for our customers' complete satisfaction. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by the terms below. Some details vary by license type (recurring subscription or perpetual license).

2التجربة المجانية أولاًTry Free First

توفّر معظم منتجاتنا فترة تجربة مجانية تتيح لك اختبار كامل الميزات قبل الدفع ودون إدخال بيانات بطاقة. نشجّعك بشدة على استخدامها للتأكد من توافق المنتج مع جهازك واحتياجاتك، لأنها أفضل وسيلة لتجنّب الحاجة إلى الاسترداد لاحقاً.

Most of our products offer a free trial that lets you test all features before paying and without entering card details. We strongly encourage using it to confirm the product is compatible with your device and needs — it's the best way to avoid needing a refund later.

3استرداد الاشتراكات الدوريةSubscription Refunds

يحق لمشتركي الخطط الدورية (مثل الاشتراك السنوي) طلب استرداد كامل خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء الأول، بشرط:

• عدم وجود استخدام مكثّف أو مخالف لشروط الاستخدام خلال هذه المدة.
• تقديم سبب واضح للطلب.
• تقديم الطلب قبل انتهاء مهلة الـ 14 يوماً.

Subscribers to recurring plans (such as the annual subscription) may request a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase, provided:

• No heavy or policy-violating use occurred during this period.
• A clear reason for the request is provided.
• The request is submitted before the 14-day window ends.

4استرداد التراخيص الدائمة (مدى الحياة)Lifetime License Refunds

نظراً لطبيعة التراخيص الدائمة، يُمنح الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، وفي الحالات التالية فقط:

• عدم عمل المنتج على جهازك رغم استيفائه لمتطلبات التشغيل المعلنة.
• وجود خلل تقني جوهري لم يتمكّن فريق الدعم من حلّه خلال مدة معقولة.

Given the nature of perpetual licenses, refunds are granted within 7 days of purchase, and only in the following cases:

• The product does not run on your device despite meeting the published system requirements.
• A material technical defect that the support team could not resolve within a reasonable time.

5حالات لا يُمنح فيها الاستردادNon-Refundable Cases

• انقضاء المهلة الزمنية المحددة لكل نوع ترخيص أعلاه.
• مخالفة شروط الاستخدام أو محاولة تجاوز نظام الترخيص.
• الشراء بعد استنفاد فترة التجربة المجانية الكاملة دون عيب تقني موثّق.
• تغيير الرأي وحده دون وجود مشكلة فنية.
• الاشتراكات المجدّدة تلقائياً (يجب الإلغاء قبل يوم واحد على الأقل من موعد التجديد).

• The time window for each license type above has passed.
• Violation of the usage terms or attempting to bypass the licensing system.
• Purchasing after fully exhausting the free trial without a documented technical defect.
• A change of mind alone with no technical issue.
• Auto-renewed subscriptions (must be canceled at least one day before the renewal date).

6كيفية طلب الاستردادHow to Request a Refund

لتقديم طلب استرداد، تواصل معنا مع تضمين التفاصيل التالية:

• القناة: البريد support@ibtekartech.com أو واتساب.
• الموضوع: "طلب استرداد" مع اسم المنتج.
• المرفقات: رقم الطلب أو البريد المستخدم عند الشراء، وسبب الطلب.

To request a refund, contact us with the following details:

• Channel: email support@ibtekartech.com or WhatsApp.
• Subject: "Refund Request" with the product name.
• Attachments: order number or the email used at purchase, and the reason.

7مدة المعالجةProcessing Time

تُراجَع طلبات الاسترداد خلال 5 أيام عمل. عند الموافقة، يُعالَج المبلغ عبر Paddle ويُعاد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل، وفق سياسات البنك أو مزوّد البطاقة.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, the amount is processed via Paddle and returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to your bank or card provider's policies.

8إلغاء الاشتراكCanceling a Subscription

يمكنك إلغاء أي اشتراك دوري في أي وقت. عند الإلغاء، يستمر وصولك للمنتج حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية، ولن يتم تجديد الاشتراك أو خصم أي مبلغ بعد ذلك.

You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and the subscription will not renew nor will any further amount be charged.

9معالجة المدفوعاتPayment Processing

تُعالَج جميع المدفوعات وعمليات الاسترداد عبر Paddle بصفته البائع المسجّل (Merchant of Record)، وهو المسؤول عن الفواتير والضرائب وتنفيذ عمليات الاسترداد وفق سياساته الخاصة بالتنسيق معنا.

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, responsible for invoices, taxes, and executing refunds under its own policies in coordination with us.
