تُنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لجميع منتجات وخدمات شركة إبتكار للتقنية الرقمية — الحالية منها والتي تُضاف مستقبلاً. باستخدامك أي منتج، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.These Terms govern your use of all Ibtekar Tech digital products and services — current and future. By using any product, you agree to these Terms.
بوصولك إلى أي من منتجات إبتكار للتقنية أو تثبيتها أو استخدامها أو شرائها، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، فيرجى عدم استخدام المنتج. إذا كنت تستخدم المنتج نيابة عن مؤسسة، فإنك تقرّ بأنك مخوّل بقبول هذه الشروط باسمها.
By accessing, installing, using, or purchasing any Ibtekar Tech product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the product. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
تقدّم إبتكار للتقنية مجموعة من المنتجات الرقمية الاحترافية الموجّهة للأفراد والمؤسسات. تختلف مميزات كل منتج ومتطلبات تشغيله وخطط أسعاره، وتُوضَّح في صفحة المنتج المعنية. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل أو تطوير أو إيقاف أي منتج أو ميزة في أي وقت مع إشعار المستخدمين بذلك عند الإمكان.
Ibtekar Tech offers a range of professional digital products for individuals and organizations. Each product's features, system requirements, and pricing plans vary and are described on its respective product page. The Company reserves the right to modify, develop, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, notifying users where possible.

تُقدَّم المنتجات عبر نماذج ترخيص متعددة قد تشمل الاشتراك الدوري (سنوي) أو الترخيص الدائم (مدى الحياة)، بعدد أجهزة محدد لكل خطة. الترخيص شخصي وغير قابل للنقل، ويُحظر مشاركة مفاتيح الترخيص أو إعادة بيعها. يُربط كل ترخيص ببصمة جهاز لضمان الالتزام بحدود الأجهزة المسموح بها في الخطة.
Products are offered under multiple licensing models, which may include a recurring (annual) subscription or a perpetual (lifetime) license, with a set number of devices per plan. A license is personal and non-transferable; sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited. Each license is bound to a device fingerprint to enforce the device limits of the plan.
قد توفّر بعض المنتجات فترة تجربة مجانية محددة المدة تتيح استخدام المنتج قبل الشراء دون الحاجة لإدخال بيانات الدفع. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل مدة التجربة أو شروطها أو إلغائها لأي منتج. عند انتهاء التجربة، يلزم شراء ترخيص لمواصلة استخدام الميزات المدفوعة.
Some products may offer a time-limited free trial that lets you use the product before purchase without entering payment details. The Company reserves the right to modify the trial duration, its terms, or cancel it for any product. When the trial ends, a license purchase is required to continue using paid features.

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بمنتجات إبتكار للتقنية — بما في ذلك الشيفرة المصدرية والتصاميم والعلامات التجارية والمحتوى — مملوكة بالكامل للشركة ومحميّة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها. يمنحك الترخيص حق الاستخدام فقط، ولا ينقل إليك أي حق ملكية. أما المحتوى الذي تنشئه أنت باستخدام المنتج (كاللقطات ومقاطع الفيديو) فيبقى ملكاً لك.
All intellectual property rights related to Ibtekar Tech products — including source code, designs, trademarks, and content — are wholly owned by the Company and protected under applicable laws. The license grants you a right of use only and transfers no ownership. Content you create using the product (such as screenshots and videos) remains yours.
تُعالَج جميع المدفوعات عبر مزوّد الدفع Paddle بصفته البائع المسجّل (Merchant of Record)، وهو المسؤول عن إصدار الفواتير واحتساب الضرائب المطبّقة في كل دولة. تُعرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. راجع سياسة الاسترداد لمعرفة تفاصيل الاسترداد والإلغاء.
All payments are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, responsible for issuing invoices and calculating applicable taxes in each country. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. See the Refund Policy for refund and cancellation details.
تُقدَّم المنتجات "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية من أي نوع. لا تضمن الشركة أن يكون المنتج خالياً من الأخطاء أو متوافقاً مع كل بيئة تشغيل. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات ناتجة عن استخدام المنتج.
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the product will be error-free or compatible with every environment. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or data loss resulting from use of the product.
تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء ترخيص أي مستخدم يخالف هذه الشروط، دون إشعار مسبق وبدون استرداد في حالات المخالفة الجسيمة. يمكنك أنت أيضاً إنهاء استخدامك للمنتج في أي وقت بإلغاء اشتراكك أو حذف التطبيق.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the license of any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without refund in cases of serious breach. You may also end your use of the product at any time by canceling your subscription or deleting the application.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. يخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عنها للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
